I have a few more Project Life pages for you today and tomorrow while I get ready for Saturday’s Crop! Still lots to do, and not enough time in the day, so this will be short!
Lots of smiley faces, and my little escape artist! Still tries to escape, just has the ability to climb now! And we now have his crib mattress as low as it can go! This layout was extremely simple. Found a journaling card that worked, stamped the date, added a little washi and journaling and then done!
And I can’t believe that this was only 3 months ago! I only wish he was just squirming around to get places–instead of crawling quickly or trying to walk!!
The card that says Smile? Left over from Paper Pumpkin! Have you ever used your Paper Pumpkin leftovers for Project Life? They work awesome!
Don’t forget a lot of Project Life is being retired, so don’t forget to check the retired list before they run out!
You can find all this and more at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net
Going Global was one of the first stampsets in the Occasions Catalog that I ordered. I love to travel, so the theme appealed to me. I also loved that it works so well for masculine cards!
I am back with some more Project Life by Stampin’ Up! again today.
On this layout I had some extra photos to fit in so I used one of the smaller partial page inserts to make it work!
And documenting how Tess, our 15 year old cat, loves her tiny human–priceless.
You can find Project Life and more in my online store at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net
I’m back again with some more Project Life by Stampin’ Up! layouts! The nice thing about Project Life is that it is a very simple way to record your story. Some people do daily, some weekly, and some monthly. I personally just go chronologically. If I have a photo, I put it in. If I don’t, I don’t.
Besides, look at all these beautiful kits:
If you have ever considered starting, now is a great time. Many of these kits are on the retired items list! But don’t worry, I have seen a sneak peek of the new catalog (a benefit of being a demonstrator!), and there are more kits coming! And they are gorgeous. Here are my layouts from the week of January 10-18.
I mean who wouldn’t want somewhere to document when your other half was playing with lego (and at 36 years old, very proud of it!), or when your twin goddaughters were fawning over your son and petting his hair? And there is no photo, but I was able to document things like the weather, and Bentley’s weight.
I could also document the problem with Bumbos and skinny babies, and Magnus’ quirky year. These are the things I don’t want to forget, and I love that I have a record of!
You can find all the Project Life kits Stampin’ Up! has to offer at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net
Although the weekly deals have ended, you can still snag some fantastic product at a great deal! Stampin’ Up! has released their Retiring List. I’m sad to seem some of these goodies going, but I’ve seen the new catalog, and although I’m still going through it, I can tell you it is worth it!
It’s a long list, but here you go:
I’m also offering a mystery hostess until the end of April (orders used for class fees do not qualify). Place an order using hostess code XUXV4FAD. Please note that the total of all orders combined need to meet a minimum of $200 in order to get hostess dollars.
You can place your order at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net
It has unfortunately taken me a long time to get these photographed, but when I started this blog, I was hoping to do Project Life on Fridays, so here it is, the first Project Life Friday!
I got into Paper Crafting first as a scrapbooker. It will always be my first love! And Project Life, just makes scrapbooking and memory keeping so much easier! And look at these supplies:
One of the best things about Project Life By Stampin’ Up! is that it all coordinates with Stampin’ Up!s colours. And I love the fact that there aren’t 4 of everything in each kit (which is what generally happens with the non-Stampin’ Up! version). And it is so easy. I mean look at these two pages for my first week of January:
You stick your photos in, trim them if you want, add your journaling cards, and any embellishments if you have time, and that is it! You are done! And it’s easy to stay “caught up”. Pretty typical week too. Sleeping baby, awake baby, and swimming baby (I was looking for this photo the other day, and do you think I could find it???).
I also just wanted to show the album I’m using. For some reason, the stripes didn’t appear solid to me in the catalog, but I ordered it anyhow, to see. And these are beautiful, solid gray stripes!
Hope you enjoy!
The little dude started swimming lessons this year–and thanks to our fantastic instructor, loved them! When you do Red Cross Swimming Lessons, the very first set is the Starfish level. Which of course, made me think of the Starfish in the Picture Perfect Set! So to thank Ms. Laura, we gave her this card:
I’m hoping she enjoyed it–she was truly awesome at what she does!! It can’t be easiest dealing with 10 babies and their mothers! Because of his age, Mr. B is going to do a victory lap of the Starfish level–but he is truly a happy water baby!
Don’t forget, a lot of these supplies are retiring soon, so don’t delay!
